DIgestion Workshop

On Monday 18 March, we joined Anna to discuss digestion and how to achieve good and healthy digestion.

We spoke about common symptoms of bad digestion such as bloating, indigestion, cramps, reflux, to name a few, and what we can do to prevent them or help them if we do get them.  This conversation lead onto cravings and other eating habits and weight management.

Anna explained which herbs are best suited to help with these problems and how to take them for the best and quickest effect.  Often they are herbs that we will easily find in our home kitchens.

As usual, everyone left with a present - a bag of blended herbs called Happy Tummy Tea which can be used to aid digestion and prevent symptoms associated with over eating, indigestion or stress related digestive issues.
